Job summary

Nikunj Babubhai Harsora in Surat, Gujarat, seeks an experienced site fabrication and erection lead. You will plan and supervise project execution, coordinate drawings and revisions, and ensure safe site operations across cutting, welding, blasting, and painting activities.

The role requires 5+ years in fabrication/erection projects, knowledge of QA/QC, drawings, welding, and site safety, with site travel and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Mech/Civil/Production.
• 5-10 yrs in fabrication & erection projects.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC, drawings, welding, site safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project schedule, manpower plan, and execution strategy.
• Coordinate drawings, BOQ, revisions, RFIs with engineering/consultant.
• Supervise fabrication processes: cutting, fit-up, welding, blasting, painting.
• Ensure site erection safety: lifting plans, crane coordination, rigging methods.
• Control materials, manpower, subcontractors.
• Plan Contractor site allocation
• Prepare Project cost estimation
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, MOMs, and client updates.
• Billing, measurements, variation claims, and final documentation.
• Manage workforce allocation, material planning, and cost control.
• Provide Technical Guidance on Fabrication Structure
