We are seeking an elite Senior Project Manager to lead our project control center in Surat. This role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a 1 GW+ cumulative portfolio, requiring a leader who has successfully navigated both the Indian regulatory landscape and the complexities of international markets. You will be the strategic link between global sites and the Head Office, ensuring world-class execution standards.

Responsibilities

1. Global Project Planning & Development

   Manage the transition of international and domestic projects from the "Concept" stage to "Handover". Develop robust project schedules (L1/L2/L3) that account for international logistics, lead times, and local labor laws. Ensure all projects are "Execution Ready" with clear resource mobilization plans.

2. Multi-Site Execution (HO Control)

   • Global Control Tower: Act as the central nerve center for multiple site teams across India and international regions.

   • Drawing & Design Mastery: Expertly interpret Electrical (SLDs, Grid integration) and Civil (WTG Foundations, Structural) drawings to resolve field queries remotely.

   • Commissioning & Liaison: Coordinate with domestic (SECI, DISCOMs, CEIG) and international utilities/government bodies for grid connectivity and commissioning.

3. Financial Control & Recovery

   • Budget vs. Actual: Ownership of the project P&L. Rigorously monitor deviations and implement corrective actions.

   • Cash Flow Strategy: Prepare and monitor global cash flows; manage currency fluctuations and international payment milestones.

   • Billing & Recovery: Drive the billing process and take direct responsibility for payment recovery from both domestic and international clients.

4. Stakeholder Management & Coordination

   • Internal Coordination: Synchronize BD, Engineering, QC, SCM, and Finance teams to ensure zero friction in project movement.

   • Customer Interface: Maintain high-level coordination with HNI clients, corporate entities, and international project developers.

5. High-Level Reporting & MIS

   Deploy standardized Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS. Report on project health, budget utilization, and risk mitigation strategies to the Executive Board.
