Job summary

Acme Formulation seeks a Project Management professional to lead project planning, execution, and close-out with change management. The role involves coordinating with R&D, Manufacturing and Supply Chain for new product development and scale-up, while maintaining OTIF and timely progress reporting to senior management.

The candidate will help build a PMO, establish standardized methodologies, and cultivate a strong team to manage an expanding portfolio of programs and external partnerships,

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing project lifecycle from planning to close-out.
• Strong coordination with R&D, Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
• Ability to drive OTIF targets and on-time delivery.
• Experience building a PMO and standard execution methodologies.
• Ability to manage external partners and cross-functional communications.

Job description

JD- Project Management

1. Project Management including planning, execution, and project close-out and change management.
2. Coordination with R&D, (Client) Manufacturing and Supply Chain team for new product development, scale up, and plant fitment.
3. Constant interaction with Functional heads and head of Operations for resolving the open Critical issues & resources for delivering the projects on time for targeted filings of each Financial Year.
4. Maintain an OTIF (On time and in full) target of > 95% for all projects.
5. Conducting meetings with the senior management for updating the progress of the Projects.
6. Build a Project Management Office within the company and ensure that all projects follow a standard methodology of execution, review and closure.
7. Build a strong team with scientific capability to ensure that the organization is able to manage its ever expanding portfolio of programs and products.
8. Managing the Projects running at external partners, involving the key Functional Heads and managing all Communications.
9. Hire and retain best in class talent within the function with a view to build long term organization capabilities.
10. Ensure business and tech transfer projects are effectively and efficiently managed, including clear understanding of timelines, costs, and service level.
11. Ensure all commercial business and project activities are done in compliance with Manufacturing Supply Agreements and concurrence with clients.
12. Apply established processes and procedures and proactively suggest areas for continuous improvement to existing processes.
13. Escalate project issues in a timely manner to management, and personnel issues to Functional management.
