Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy is seeking a capable project coordinator to support planning, execution, and monitoring of product development and tech-transfer initiatives. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to keep plans on track and ensure timely delivery.

The role involves scheduling meetings, capturing MoMs, maintaining logs, coordinating procurement and logistics for RLD samples with CMOs and CROs, and driving change control from initiation to closure.

Responsibilities

• Assist in tracking product development and tech-transfer project plans with stakeholders
• Ensure completion of project action items within timelines to meet business goals
• Schedule project meetings with internal and external stakeholders
• Attend project meetings and communicate discussions through Minutes of Meeting (MoM)
• Maintain and update project action item logs
• Follow up on pending actions with relevant stakeholders via email or discussions
• Manage end-to-end RLD procurement from various suppliers
• Coordinate logistics to ensure timely samples for CMOs and CROs
• Maintain and update the RLD tracker
• Initiate and manage end-to-end change control from project initiation

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning, Execution & Monitoring

• Assist in tracking and monitoring product development and tech-transfer project plans through effective coordination and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure completion of project action items within predefined timelines to meet business goals and objectives.

Project Coordination, Documentation & Communication

• Schedule project meetings with internal and external stakeholders based on availability.
• Attend project meetings and communicate discussions through Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
• Maintain and update project action item logs or databases.
• Follow up on pending action items with relevant stakeholders via email or discussions.

Reference Products Procurement & Logistics

• Manage end-to-end RLD procurement from various suppliers.
• Handle logistics through negotiation skills and effective coordination to ensure timely availability of samples to CMOs and CROs for different studies.
• Maintain and update the RLD tracker.

Change Control Management

• Initiate and manage end-to-end change control as part of project initiation.
