Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy seeks a proactive Project Coordinator to support planning, execution, and monitoring of product development and tech-transfer projects in Surat, India.

You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, schedule meetings, document MoMs, and maintain action-item logs to ensure timely delivery. You will also oversee RLD procurement and logistics and participate in change control activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in tracking and monitoring product development and tech-transfer project plans through effective coordination and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure completion of project action items within predefined timelines to meet business goals and objectives.
• Schedule project meetings with internal and external stakeholders based on availability.
• Attend project meetings and communicate discussions through Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
• Maintain and update project action item logs or databases.
• Follow up on pending action items with relevant stakeholders via email or discussions.
• Manage end-to-end RLD procurement from various suppliers.
• Handle logistics through negotiation skills and effective coordination to ensure timely availability of samples to CMOs and CROs for different studies.
• Maintain and update the RLD tracker.
• Initiate and manage end-to-end change control as part of project initiation.
