Amity Software Systems seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring budgets, schedules, safety, and quality compliance.

The role requires a Civil Engineering or Construction Management background, with a Master's being a plus and relevant certifications preferred. You will lead cross-functional teams, optimize resources, and report progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Master's degree in Construction Management or Project Management is an added advantage.
• Relevant professional certifications in project management will be preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plan, execute, monitor, and close construction projects within approved timelines and budgets.
• Develop project schedules, work plans, milestones, and resource allocation strategies.
• Supervise day-to-day construction activities and coordinate with site engineers, architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress and take corrective actions to address delays and operational challenges.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, vendors, and contractors.
• Manage project budgets, cost estimates, billing, cash flow, and expenditure control.
• Ensure construction work complies with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate procurement of construction materials, equipment, and services to ensure timely availability.
• Coordinate civil, plumbing, electrical, fire-fighting, lift, and interior finishing activities.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Conduct regular site inspections, progress reviews, and project coordination meetings.
• Manage contractors and vendors, evaluate their performance, and resolve site-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, statutory requirements, environmental standards, and labor regulations.
• Prepare and submit project progress reports, budget updates, and management dashboards.
• Monitor material consumption, inventory, wastage, and availability at the site.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, snag resolution, handover, and project closure.
