Job summary

NAC Buildcon Pune is seeking a skilled site engineer to oversee the Mivan/Aluform installations across highrise projects, coordinating formwork, erection, striking, and handover to ensure quality and timely delivery.

You will manage daily site activities, labor allocation, and scheduling, enforce strict safety and quality controls, and liaise with architects, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical issues on the project.

Qualifications

• Experience with Mivan/Aluform systems and conventional shuttering.
• Ability to read GFC drawings, check tolerances, and ensure safety.
• Experience in highrise construction is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Mivan cycle from erection to handover.

• Supervise reinforcement, concreting, brickwork, plaster, and handover.

Job description

1. Mivan / Aluform Management: Oversee the entire Mivan cycle, including erection, striking, cleaning, and repairing of aluminum formwork for walls, slabs, and columns.
2. Site Execution & Planning: Manage daily site activities, labor allocation, and scheduling to ensure timely, high-quality, fast-track construction.
3. Structural Supervision: Supervise reinforcement, concreting, brickwork, plaster, and final handover to the client.
4. Quality & Safety Control: Ensure strict adherence to GFC (Good For Construction) drawings, tolerances, quality checks (QC), and safety compliance.
5. Technical Coordination: Liaise with architects, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical issues or drawing conflicts.
6. Formwork Experience: Conventional shuttering experience is also required.
7. Highrise building Construction Experience is must
