Job summary

Shapoorji Pallonji Group in India seeks an experienced Formwork Supervisor to oversee day-to-day formwork activities at industrial/commercial/residential projects. You will coordinate with site teams, manage shuttering erection and de-shuttering, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

The role requires knowledge of modular formwork systems (DOKA, PERI), hands-on drafting with AutoCAD, and material takeoff skills, with 5–10 years of field experience and a track record of

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in construction of Industrial / commercial / residential projects.
• Experience with different formwork systems preferred.
• High-rise buildings experience.
• Knowledge of SAP is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day formwork activities at projects.
• Understand and implement special structure formwork requirements, design and schemes at site.
• Knowledge of formwork shuttering making, erection and de-shuttering processes.
• Material takeoff for shuttering materials.
• Coordinate with client representatives on technical matters.
• Monitor shuttering activity, labor productivity, and formwork productivity.
• Manage PT & RCC slab cycle times and implementation.
• Proficient in Excel and AutoCAD drafting.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

1. Reporting to RO M&P and responsible for the overall control of day-to-day all formwork activities at Projects.
2. Formwork System being used- (specialty)

• DOKA Top 50 Formwork.
• Peri Multiplex + Peri VARIO.
• Conventional +Scaffolding.
• Aluform monolithic systems.
• Heavy Duty tower for TG Deck Slabs.
• Should have Knowledge for All Modular Formwork Systems.

1. Should be able to understand a special structure formwork requirement its design & scheme implementation at site.
2. Should know In-depth knowledge of Formfinish structure shutter making erection & de-shutting. process.
3. Should be worked in aluform monolithic system process. (from shell pan to execution)
4. Should be able to Material takeoff, for all shuttering material in project.
5. Co-ordinate closely with client representatives for the technical matters related to the execution of works.
6. Monitoring all shuttering activity, labor productivity & formwork productivity.
7. PT & RCC slab cycle time working & implementation.
8. Good Excel & Auto-Cad drafting, working.
9. High rise buildings Experience.
10. To have knowledge about SAP.

Preferred candidate profile

1. B.Tech / B.E / Diploma (Civil) with 5-10 years of experience in construction of Industrial / commercial / residential Projects with good civil contracting companies.
2. Candidates having experience of different types of formwork systems will be preferred.
