Job summary

KeyBridge Technologies in Pune, India, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead complex Infrastructure, Virtualization, and Cloud projects with strong governance, stakeholder management, financial control, and delivery oversight from initiation to closure.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in IT, 5+ years as a PM on enterprise IT projects, and proven experience in infrastructure, virtualization, or cloud domains, including customer-facing programs for Indian and global clients.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall experience in the IT industry.
• Minimum 5+ years as a Project Manager delivering enterprise IT projects.
• Experience in Infrastructure, Virtualization, or Cloud technologies.
• Experience managing customer-facing projects for Indian and/or global clients.
• Strong understanding of project governance and delivery methodologies.
• Expertise in project budgeting, financial forecasting, and commercial management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Infrastructure, Virtualization, and Cloud transformation projects.
• Manage multiple medium to large-scale projects simultaneously.
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
• Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and closure.
• Coordinate with customers, technical teams, delivery teams, and leadership.
• Manage project budgets, profitability, forecasting, and commercial controls.
• Identify scope changes and manage change requests effectively.
• Prepare and present project status reports to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Lead project governance meetings and executive-level discussions.
• Manage resource allocation, utilization, and scheduling across projects.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and business growth within accounts.
• Continuously improve PMO processes and delivery methodologies.

About the Role
