Job summary

Sbase Technologies in Bengaluru (Bangalore) is seeking an IT Infrastructure Project Manager to coordinate initiatives across Network, Platform & Hosting, ServiceNow, and EUC projects. The role offers hybrid work in a dynamic IT environment with exposure to a broad range of technologies and programs.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of IT project management or coordination experience, familiar with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall, and proficient with PM tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Azure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Eng or related field.
• CAPM, CSM, PMP or equivalent preferred.
• Exposure to infrastructure modernization, cloud migration, ServiceNow implementation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support delivery of IT infrastructure projects from initiation through completion.

IT Infrastructure Project Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated IT Infrastructure Project Manager to support and coordinate technology initiatives across Network, Platform & Hosting, ServiceNow, Automation, End User Computing (EUC), and infrastructure enhancement projects. This role is ideal for an mid-career project manager looking to grow within a fast-paced IT organization while gaining exposure to a broad range of infrastructure technologies and enterprise programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support delivery of IT infrastructure projects from initiation through completion.
• Manage project schedules, action items, risks, issues, and status reporting.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, project meetings, and stakeholder communications.
• Support ServiceNow, automation, EUC, network, and platform modernization initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and tower leaders.
• Maintain project documentation, governance artifacts, and PMO reporting.
• Provide overflow project management support across the Infrastructure organization.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of IT project management or project coordination experience supporting infrastructure and technology initiatives.
• Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies with experience managing project plans, schedules, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications.
• Exposure to infrastructure technologies including Network, Platform & Hosting, Cloud, ServiceNow, End User Computing (EUC), and Automation.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, Teams, and Excel, with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• CAPM, CSM (Certified Scrum Master), PMP, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Exposure to infrastructure modernization, cloud migration, ServiceNow implementation, software deployment, or employee experience initiatives.
• Familiarity with ITIL concepts, change management, and service management processes.
