About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End project and programmanagement across cross-functional initiatives, ensuring on-time andhigh-quality delivery.
• Work directly with multiplefunctional leads to gather data, understand business context, andsynthesize insights.
• Build, design, and refinehigh-quality PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership andstakeholder reviews.
• Interrogate and validatedatasets — question assumptions, identify gaps, and ensure accuracy beforepresenting to leadership.
• Manage stakeholder relationshipseffectively, building trust and securing buy-in across different functionsand leadership levels.
• Own the full presentationlifecycle: from ideation and data collection, through deck creation, to presenting and obtaining leadership sign-off.
• Leverage AI prompt engineeringtools to enhance productivity, accelerate research, and improve outputquality.
• Proactively track action items,follow through on commitments, and ensure no dependency is missed —without being chased.
• Maintain structured projectdocumentation, status trackers, and reporting dashboards in Excel andother tools.
• Identify process inefficienciesand recommend improvements to enhance team effectiveness.
