Job summary

Aligned Automation Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled Consultant to drive digital transformation and AI-enabled initiatives by bridging business analysis with techno-functional delivery.

You will work with business stakeholders, engineering, QA, and analytics teams to translate challenges into technology-enabled solutions, ensuring high-quality, on-time results while following Agile practices and governance standards.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in Business Analysis, Technology Consulting, Digital Transformation, or related consulting roles.
• Experience participating in end-to-end software or digital transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and business analysis techniques.
• Excellent analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Experience in documenting BRDs/FRDs and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned projects or work streams, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, timelines, quality standards, and business objectives.
• Execute project activities across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including discovery, analysis, design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities with cross-functional teams including business, engineering, QA, product, analytics, and AI teams.
• Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items while proactively escalating issues that may impact delivery.
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives within Agile delivery environments.
• Collaborate with engineering and AI teams to support implementation of analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Identify opportunities where AI, Generative AI, automation, or analytics can improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.

About the Role

The Consultant is responsible for delivering digitaltransformation and AI-enabled initiatives by combining strong businessanalysis, techno-functional expertise, and disciplined project execution. Thisrole works closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, SeniorConsultants, and Principal Consultants to translate business problems intotechnology-enabled solutions while ensuring high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Execution

• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned projects or work streams, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, timelines, qualitystandards, and business objectives.


• Execute project activities across the SoftwareDevelopment Life Cycle (SDLC), including discovery, analysis, design, testing,deployment, and post-implementation support.

Business Analysis & Solution Design

• Conduct stakeholder discussions and requirementgathering workshops to understand business objectives and pain points.


• Document business requirements through BRDs,FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and functionalspecifications.


• Analyze existing business processes andrecommend technology-enabled improvements.


• Translate business requirements into clearfunctional solutions while collaborating with technical teams onimplementation.


• Support solution validation by ensuringdelivered functionality aligns with business expectations.


• Collaborate with engineering and AI teams tosupport implementation of analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.


• Identify opportunities where AI, Generative AI,automation, or analytics can improve operational efficiency and businessoutcomes.


• Assist in evaluating solution feasibility,validating outputs, and supporting user adoption activities.


• Develop dashboards, reports, and businessinsights using available analytical tools where applicable.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Build effective working relationships withbusiness users and project stakeholders.


• Facilitate requirement walkthroughs, solutiondemonstrations, UAT sessions, and knowledge transfer activities.


• Provide regular project status updates andmaintain clear communication across project teams.


• Work closely with Senior Consultants to ensurealignment with governance standards and project objectives.

Quality, Governance & Continuous Improvement

• Ensure project deliverables comply withorganizational standards, governance processes, and documentation requirements.


• Support project governance activities bymaintaining project documentation, RAID logs, and status reports.


• Identify opportunities to improve businessprocesses, delivery practices, and team efficiency.


• Contribute to reusable assets, templates,accelerators, and knowledge repositories.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in Business Analysis,Technology Consulting, Digital Transformation, Project Delivery, or relatedconsulting roles.
