The role ensures strong program governance, stakeholder alignment, and disciplined delivery across cross-functional teams. It involves managing execution cadence, risks, dependencies, and performance tracking while enabling data-driven decision-making, process optimization, and measurable business value realization.

• Strong program and portfolio governance across transformation initiatives, including process mining and run-the-business roadmaps
• End-to-end delivery management with expertise in scope tracking, dependency management, milestone monitoring, and execution cadence
