Job summary

Aligned Automation Services Pvt Ltd in Pune is seeking a Business Analyst/Consultant to support AI-enabled digital transformation across the SDLC. You will assist with requirements, documentation, testing, and post-go-live support, while enabling cross-functional collaboration and process automation.

The role involves participating in Agile ceremonies, creating BRDs/FRDs and dashboards, and growing expertise in analytics and enterprise applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Analytics, or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, documentation, and presentation abilities.
• Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Passion for learning AI, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies.
• Jira / Confluence (preferred).
• SQL fundamentals (preferred).
• Power BI fundamentals (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support Consultants in delivering digital transformation and AI-enabled initiatives across the Software Development LifeCycle (SDLC).
• Assist in executing project activities including requirement gathering, documentation, testing, implementation, and post-go-live support.
• Track assigned tasks, project milestones, action items, and dependencies to ensure timely completion.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support successful project execution.
• Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder discussions and workshops.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process maps, meeting minutes, and other project documentation.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Support solution walkthroughs, requirement validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Maintain project documentation and knowledge repositories.
• Develop an understanding of enterprise applications, AI, Generative AI, analytics, and automation technologies.
• Support implementation teams by validating business requirements and documenting functional solutions.
• Assist in preparing dashboards, reports, and business insights using analytical tools where applicable.
• Continuously build technical knowledge through certifications, training, and project experience.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 0–4 years of experience in Business Analysis,Technology Consulting, Software Delivery, Project Coordination, or relatedroles.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering,Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Analytics, or relateddisciplines.
