Job summary

Aligned Automation Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a Senior Consultant to drive digital transformation and AI-enabled initiatives, bridging strategic direction with hands-on delivery. You will lead governance, manage multiple projects, and mentor delivery teams to ensure on-time, in-scope outcomes aligned with client goals.

Working with principal consultants, clients, and cross-functional teams, you will shape solutions, oversee requirements, plan resources, and promote best practices in AI adoption

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of experience in technology consulting, business analysis, or program management.
• Proven experience leading multiple end-to-end technology or business transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, project governance, and business analysis.
• Experience implementing AI, automation, analytics, or enterprise digital transformation solutions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and leadership skills.
• Experience mentoring teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Delivery-focused with ability to manage scope and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of multiple digital transformation and AI initiatives from discovery through implementation and business adoption.
• Ensure project scope, timelines, quality, and business objectives are consistently achieved.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, engineering, analytics, QA, and product teams.
• Drive sprint planning, backlog prioritization, deployment, and UAT.
• Monitor project health and proactively resolve delivery bottlenecks.
• Establish governance mechanisms to track progress, milestones, risks, dependencies, and quality metrics.
• Conduct governance reviews, steering meetings, and project status reviews.
• Manage RAID logs and ensure timely risk mitigation and issue resolution.
• Provide delivery visibility through dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting.
• Lead requirement discovery workshops and validate BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process maps.
• Translate business challenges into scalable functional and technical solutions.
• Support AI and automation use case identification, feasibility assessment, and planning.
• Mentor Consultants through technical guidance, delivery coaching, and performance feedback.
• Drive adoption of AI, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies within client engagements.

About the Role

The Senior Consultant plays a pivotal role in drivingsuccessful delivery of digital transformation and AI-enabled initiatives bycombining strong business consulting, project governance, and deliveryleadership. This role acts as the bridge between strategic direction andexecution, ensuring multiple projects are delivered on time, within scope, andaligned with business objectives.

Working closely with Principal Consultants, clients, and cross-functionaldelivery teams, the Senior Consultant is responsible for establishinggovernance structures, leading project execution, managing resources, mentoringConsultants, and ensuring high-quality business outcomes. The ideal candidateis a techno-functional professional with strong business analysis, projectmanagement, stakeholder management, and AI implementation experience.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Leadership

• Lead end-to-end execution of multiple digitaltransformation and AI initiatives from discovery through implementation andbusiness adoption.
• Ensure project scope, timelines, quality, andbusiness objectives are consistently achieved.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams includingbusiness, engineering, analytics, QA, and product teams.
• Drive sprint planning, backlog prioritization,implementation planning, UAT, deployment, and hyper-care.
• Monitor project health and proactively resolvedelivery bottlenecks.

Project Governance

• Establish governance mechanisms to track projectprogress, milestones, risks, dependencies, and quality metrics.
• Conduct governance reviews, steering meetings,and project status reviews.
• Manage RAID logs and ensure timely riskmitigation and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with organizational deliverymethodologies, documentation standards, and best practices.
• Provide delivery visibility through dashboards,KPIs, and executive reporting.

Business Analysis & Solution Design

• Lead requirement discovery workshops andstakeholder discussions.
• Review and validate BRDs, FRDs, user stories,process maps, and functional specifications.
• Translate business challenges into scalablefunctional and technical solutions.
• Support AI and automation use caseidentification, feasibility assessment, and implementation planning.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives andtechnical solution design.
• Plan and allocate resources across multipleengagements to optimize utilization.
• Balance workloads, monitor capacity, andforecast resource requirements.
• Mentor Consultants through technical guidance,delivery coaching, and performance feedback.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, andcontinuous improvement across delivery teams.
• Support capability development through knowledgesharing and best practices.

Stakeholder Management

• Build strong relationships with businessstakeholders and delivery teams.
• Facilitate workshops, solution walkthroughs, andexecutive status meetings.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and driveconsensus across business and technology teams.
• Escalate strategic risks appropriately whilerecommending mitigation plans.
• Identify opportunities to improve deliveryprocesses and consulting methodologies.
• Promote reusable assets, templates, andaccelerators.
• Drive adoption of AI, automation, analytics, andemerging technologies within client engagements.
• Contribute to practice development andorganizational capability building.

Required Skills & Qualifications
