Job summary

Persistent Systems Limited in Bengaluru seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead and manage complex technology projects from initiation to closure. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high-quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of experience, strong PM methodology knowledge (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum), and PMP or equivalent certification. This is a full-time hybrid role with competitive compensation and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
• 15+ years of project management experience delivering complex technology projects.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
• Experience with budgeting and financial management in projects.
