Job summary

Dassault Systèmes is seeking an experienced PLM Project Manager in Pune, India to lead end-to-end PLM implementations on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. You will drive program governance, manage multiple workstreams, and collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering, and IT to define requirements and architecture.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with PMP certifications preferred. BE/BTech/MBA or equivalent is expected.

Job description

Need experienced PLM Project Manager with strong expertise in Dassault Systèmes’ 3DEXPERIENCE platform to lead end-to-end PLM implementations and transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of technical understanding, project delivery experience, and stakeholder management skills to drive complex digital engineering and product lifecycle initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of PLM solutions on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budget, and quality across multiple workstreams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and IT to define requirements, use cases, and solution architecture.
• Drive program governance, including planning, risk management, issue resolution, and reporting to senior leadership.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including CAD, engineering & manufacturing.
• Ensure successful data migration, 3DX Upgrade, 3DEXPERIENCE integration with downstream systems, and deployment of the platform.
• Manage vendors, system integrators, and offshore/onshore delivery teams.
• Establish best practices, templates, and frameworks for PLM program execution.
• Lead change management initiatives, user adoption strategies, and training programs.
• Monitor KPIs and project performance metrics to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud-based PLM deployments is an advantage.

Project management certifications like PMP would be preferred.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.Ability to manage ambiguity and complex stakeholder environments.Strong communication and presentation skils.
