Job summary

SteepGraph is seeking an experienced Project Leader to drive end-to-end delivery on the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform, aligning architecture with business requirements and quality standards. You will govern delivery, oversee ENOVIA, CATIA, and DELMIA implementations, and partner with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes.

• Lead end-to-end governance and delivery on the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform with architecture-aligned planning.
• Establish structured governance through architecture reviews, checkpoints, and risk reporting.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with client, internal, and vendor teams to ensure alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery on the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform, ensuring alignment with solution architecture, business requirements, timelines, and quality standards. Define and drive overall architecture, technical design, and implementation strategy across PLM workstreams.
• Establish structured governance through architecture reviews, technical checkpoints, and regular status reporting to provide clear visibility into progress, risks, and dependencies. Ensure strong execution discipline with effective planning, milestone tracking, and cross-team coordination.
• Provide technical leadership across ENOVIA, CATIA, and DELMIA implementations, ensuring scalable, robust, and high-performing solutions. Drive quality through design validations, code reviews, and release readiness checks, ensuring adherence to defined standards and acceptance criteria.
• Proactively manage technical risks, integration challenges, and delivery bottlenecks, implementing mitigation plans to keep the program on track. Handle scope changes with proper impact assessment on architecture, timelines, and effort.
• Act as the primary technical interface for stakeholders, communicating architecture decisions, risks, and progress transparently. Foster collaboration across client, internal, and partner teams to ensure aligned priorities and shared accountability.
• Track delivery performance using measurable metrics and drive continuous improvement in execution, governance, and engineering practices. Support resource planning by aligning the right technical skillsets to program needs.
• Strong customer management and communication skills (deep probing expected)
• Experience in handling IT/PLM projects (preferably service industry exposure)
• Basic technical understanding of platforms like ENOVIA / 3DEXPERIENCE (not purely technical role)
• Ability to manage stakeholders across client, internal teams, and vendors and account mining
• Project governance, reporting, and risk management capability
• Clarity of thought and structured explanation of project execution
• End-to-end project management including project health tracking and reporting.
• Customer handling and regular stakeholder communication (frequency-based engagement)
• Governance management, including project reviews and reporting.
• Risk identification and proactive mitigation planning
• Delivery ownership and day-to-day execution management

Expected Skills

1. Delivery Governance & Control

Drive governance on the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform through structured reviews, risk tracking, and escalation forums. Ensure visibility on progress, risks, and dependencies with strong scope and change control, supported by data-driven reporting.

2. Quality & Accountability Management

Implement review frameworks and quality checkpoints across ENOVIA, CATIA, and DELMIA. Enforce ownership of deliverables, track defects and rework, and ensure discipline in testing, documentation, and release processes.

3. Cross-Team Alignment (“One Team” Leadership)

Align client, vendor, and internal teams under a unified plan. Resolve conflicts, manage dependencies, and drive a collaborative “one team” culture with clear communication and shared accountability.
