Job summary

We.PLM is seeking a PLM Developer in Pune, India to transform customer requirements into reliable 3DEXPERIENCE solutions. You will contribute to ENOVIA/EKL-powered PLM environments and collaborate with architects to define robust solutions.

You will code, review, and mentor juniors while ensuring integration with ERP/CAD tools like SAP and CATIA, and you will support downstream applications. Join our fast-growing DS partner team in a delivery-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in customization and configuration with 3DExperience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PLM solutions using ENOVIA or EKL technology.
• Collaborate with software architect to understand business requirement and proposed solution.
• Code development and lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers
• Ensure system integration between PLM and ERP/CAD tools (e.g., SAP, CATIA)

As developer you are responsible for transforming customer requirements into reliable 3DEXPERIENCE solutions.

This role quality software development, continuous learning, and a commitment to delivering business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PLM solutions using ENOVIA or EKL technology

• Collaborate with software architect to understand business requirement and proposed solution.

• Code development and lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers

• Ensure system integration between PLM and ERP/CAD tools (e.g., SAP, CATIA)

• Ensure downstream application (can be customer specific application) integration development support

• Perform system testing, debugging, and performance optimization

You might be a great fit if…

• You have a minimum of 2 years in Customization, Configuration with 3DExperience

• You have good communication skills in English (written and spoken), with the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences

• You have strong programming skills in Java JPO, TCL, MQL or EKL CAA along with experience in REST APIs and middleware integration frameworks like EIF

• You have an aspiration to be AI augmented consultant
