Job summary

We.PLM, a fast-growing PLM consulting firm and Dassault Systèmes partner, is building a team of senior infrastructure architects who can shape enterprise-scale platforms worldwide. The role leads complex PLM infrastructure programs and defines standards for design and operations.

You will govern deployment standards, lead cloud transformation, mentor teams, and engage with CTO/VP IT stakeholders. This is a hands-on leadership role with people development and recruitment responsibilities,

Qualifications

• 10–14 years in enterprise infrastructure with global program experience.
• Proven credibility with CTO/VP-level stakeholders and strategic thinking.
• Multi-year roadmapping experience and leadership in large organisations.
• 3DEXPERIENCE Infrastructure Architect certification.
• Azure/AWS DEVOPS certifications; Azure/AWS Solution Architect certification.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern enterprise-wide deployment standards and architecture frameworks
• Lead cloud transformation and platform modernisation programs for strategic customers
• Conduct architecture governance reviews across engagements and enforce practice standards
• Define operational maturity frameworks, DR standards, and security architecture policies
• Serve as trusted advisor to customer CTO, VP IT, and CIO-level stakeholders
• Present multi-year infrastructure roadmaps to executive audiences
• Formally manage L3 and L4 direct reports including performance and growth conversations
• Define CoE standards, accelerators, and reusable frameworks for the practice
• Guide infrastructure recruitment and career framework development
• Support strategic planning and infrastructure budget alignment with customer leadership

Your mission

As Senior Infrastructure Architect you are responsible for shaping infrastructure strategy. This role demands to lead complex PLM infrastructure programs and defining the standards that govern how we design and operate globally.
