We.PLM is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to define the future of PLM processes and systems using deep 3DEXPERIENCE expertise. You will align technology with business objectives through stakeholder collaboration, process modeling, and workshops, delivering detailed use cases and functional specifications.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in PLM consulting or solution architecture, with at least 4 years on 3DEXPERIENCE programmes, and possess strong English fluency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in PLM consulting or solution architecture.
• At least 4 years working on 3DEXPERIENCE programmes.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Fluent in English; other European languages are a strong advantage.
• Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE certifications or equivalent depth.

I’m building a team of Solution Architects who structure, challenge and elevate our clients’ PLM strategies.

Your mission

As solution architect you are responsible for defining the future of PLM processes and systems by leveraging deep 3DExperience expertise.

This role demands to align technology with business objectives through stakeholder collaboration process modeling, and workshops and to deliver process documents, use cases, and functional specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage deep knowledge of the 3DExperience platform and the Value Engagement framework to drive PLM strategies
• Understand AS-IS processes, define TO-BE processes, and conduct workshops to enrich or innovate business workflows
• Provide leadership in aligning tools, processes, and user needs to achieve optimal ROI from PLM systems
• Guide clients in making informed decisions about processes, customizations, and long/short-term trade-offs
• Conduct interviews and workshops, create presentations, and document outcomes with high levels of creativity and detail
• Demonstrate expertise in office applications and other relevant software to support PLM initiatives
• Travel to Western Europe as required for customer projects

You might be a great fit if...

• You have a minimum of 8 years in PLM consulting or solution architecture, including at least 4 years on 3DEXPERIENCE programmes
• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline
• You have led the architecture of at least two full-lifecycle PLM implementation projects as the senior technical authority
• You are fluent in English (mandatory); French, German, or another European language is a strong advantage
• You hold Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform certifications, or can demonstrate equivalent depth of expertise
• You bring executive presence and confidence when influencing C-level stakeholders
