Job summary

Sperton Global AS in Navi Mumbai is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end electronic security and ELV projects. This role involves planning, team coordination, procurement, execution, budget control and client communications to ensure timely completion.

You will manage project coordinators, engineers, technicians and subcontractors, liaising with clients and vendors to ensure quality and compliance across all sites.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager in Electronic Security/ELV or related fields.
• Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, IDS, Fire Alarm and networking systems.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage the end-to-end execution of electronic security and ELV projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, team coordination, procurement, execution, budget control, quality, client communication, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution

Plan and manage electronic security projects from initiation to completion.

Manage projects involving CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection Systems, Fire Alarm, and other ELV solutions.

Prepare project schedules, track milestones, and ensure timely completion.

Team & Stakeholder Management

Monitor site execution, quality, safety, and technical compliance.

Lead and coordinate Project Coordinators, Engineers, Technicians, and subcontractors.

Coordinate with clients, vendors, internal departments, and site teams.

Communicate project requirements, progress, and issues effectively.

Procurement & Cost Management

Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of project materials.

Monitor project budgets, costing, billing, and project expenses.

Track project costs and identify potential cost overruns.

Project Monitoring & Reporting

Identify and resolve project issues, risks, delays, and scope changes.

Prepare project reports, MIS, and project documentation.

Provide regular project status updates to senior management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience as a Project Manager / Project Lead.

Relevant experience in Electronic Security, ELV, Construction, Electrical, Electronics, or Technical Services.

Good technical knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, IDS, Fire Alarm, and networking systems.

Strong leadership, communication, planning, coordination, and problem solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and project management tools.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Willingness to travel to project sites.

Preferred Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Electrical, Electronics, or Project Management.
