The role requires a B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics & Communications and 3+ years of ELV project experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication or related field.
• 3+ years of ELV/ICT project management experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of ELV subsystems: CCTV, ACS, FAS, BMS/IBMS, PA, structured cabling.
• Proficient in AutoCAD for design/layout review and MS Project for scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple ELV projects from surveys to handover.
• Coordinate field engineers, technicians, and subcontractors; track milestones.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, consultants, OEMs, vendors.
• Manage budgeting, cost control, billing, and BOQ validation.
• Review shop drawings, as-builts, and method statements; ensure safety codes.
• Identify risks and mitigate during commissioning and issue resolution.

An ELV (Extra Low Voltage) Project Manager directs the end-to-end execution of smart building, security, and communication systems. They manage project timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams to install, test, and commission solutions like CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarms, and structured cabling for commercial or industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Execution: Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple ELV projects from initial site surveys to technical design, execution, testing, commissioning, and final client handover.
• Resource & Team Management: Coordinate with field engineers, technicians, and subcontractors. Assign daily/weekly tasks and track performance milestones.
• Stakeholder Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, OEMs, and external vendors.
• Financial & Commercial Oversight: Manage budgeting, cost control, billing, and margin management. Review and validate Bill of Quantities (BOQs).
• Technical Compliance: Review and approve shop drawings, as-built drawings, and method statements. Ensure all installations meet safety codes, industry standards, and statutory norms.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify project risks early, develop mitigation plans, and troubleshoot hardware/software issues during commissioning.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication, or a related technical field.
• Experience: Typically, 3+ years of progressive experience in managing ELV or ICT system integration projects.
• Technical Mastery: Deep hands-on knowledge of ELV subsystems:
• Video Surveillance / CCTV
• Access Control Systems (ACS)
• Fire Alarm Systems (FAS)
• Building Management Systems (BMS) / IBMS
• Public Address (PA) and Structured Cabling/Networking
• Software Proficiency: Strong grasp of AutoCAD (for design/layout review) and project management platforms like MS Project.
