Job summary

Talent Seeds Corporate Solutions in Bengaluru seeks a skilled Project Manager to lead safety and surveillance, data networking projects, and related service operations. You will drive AMC opportunities for long-term client engagement and coordinate with cross-functional teams across installation, testing, and handover.

The ideal candidate brings 6–8 years of project management experience, strong leadership, and hands-on coordination of CCTV, access control, fire alarm, and LAN/WAN systems.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of hands-on project management experience.
• Proven experience in team handling, site execution and service coordination.
• Experience in managing service calls and maintenance operations.
• Knowledge of surveillance systems (IP CCTV, NVR/DVR).
• Understanding of data networking (LAN/WAN, routing, switching).
• CCNA or relevant certification preferred.
• PMP / PRINCE2 optional.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of projects including Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, PAS, and data networking.
• Prepare project plans, schedules, BOQs, and allocate resources.
• Lead and manage project teams of engineers, technicians and subcontractors.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure productivity.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Oversee installation, testing and commissioning activities.
• Conduct site visits ensuring quality and safety compliance.
• Identify risks and resolve project-related issues.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting; ensure smooth handover and client satisfaction.
• Manage service operations, including handling service calls and breakdown support.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to handle projects in safety & surveillance and data networking. The candidate should have strong domain experience, proven project management expertise, and the ability to lead project teams while also driving AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) opportunities for long‑term client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of projects involving Fire Alarm Systems, CCTV Surveillance, Access Control Systems, Public Address Systems (PAS), Entrance Control Systems (Boom Barriers, Tripods, Flap Gates), and Data Networking Infrastructure
• Prepare project plans, schedules, BOQs, and resource allocation
• Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors
• Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure productivity
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning activities
• Conduct site visits and ensure quality and safety compliance

• Exposure to telephony systems (IP Telephony, PBX, VoIP) is optional and an added advantage

Technical Skills

• Experience working with solutions from Hikvision, Dahua Technology, Cisco, Honeywell or similar
• Knowledge of structured cabling and networking setup
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
