H R Creations in India is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead electronic security projects from initiation to handover. You will manage CCTV, Access Control, IDS, Fire Alarm and ELV systems, coordinate teams, track milestones, budgets, and ensure client satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, planning, and communication skills, willingness to travel to sites, and experience with project management tools. PMP/PRINCE2 is a plus; diploma/degree in engineering preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager/Lead in electronic security or ELV domains.
• Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, IDS, Fire Alarm systems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage electronic security projects from initiation to completion.
• Manage CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Alarm, Fire Alarm, and other ELV projects.
• Coordinate and lead Project Coordinators, Engineers, Technicians, and subcontractors.
• Prepare project schedules, track milestones, and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate procurement and ensure timely availability of project materials.
• Manage project budgets, costing, billing, and cost tracking.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding project requirements and progress.
• Monitor site execution, quality, safety, and technical compliance.
• Identify and resolve project issues, risks, delays, and scope changes.
• Prepare project reports, MIS, documentation, and handover reports.
• Ensure successful testing, commissioning, snag closure, and project handover.
• Provide regular project updates to senior management.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Electrical, Electronics, or Project Management.
• PMP/PRINCE2 certification is an advantage.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or security design software is beneficial.
