Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of CCTV, Surveillance, ELV, and security projects.
• Plan scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Lead project engineers, technicians, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, OEMs and internal teams.
• Ensure on-time delivery within defined time, cost, quality, and scope.
• Review drawings, BOQs, specs, and site requirements.
• Prepare MIS/progress reports and manage risks.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage end-to-end execution of CCTV, Surveillance, ELV, and Security Technology projects. The ideal candidate should have strong project management, technical coordination, team leadership, and client-handling experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of CCTV, Surveillance, ELV, and Security projects.
• Plan project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Lead and coordinate project engineers, technicians, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor installation, configuration, integration, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, OEMs, and internal teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered within defined time, cost, quality, and scope.
• Review project drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and site requirements.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular MIS/progress reports.
• Identify project risks and take corrective actions to ensure timely completion.
• Manage material planning, procurement coordination, and site requirements.
• Conduct testing, commissioning, handover, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with project quality and safety standards.
