Job summary

Capacite is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead multi-storey residential/commercial building projects from initiation to handover. The role requires defining scope, developing detailed plans, budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation.

You will mobilise manpower and materials, oversee site operations, ensure safety and quality standards, and deliver projects on time and within budget. A strong focus on cost control and value engineering is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20-25 years of experience in executing and managing multi-storey/high-rise residential/commercial projects.
• Strong skillset in thorough bill checking is essential.
• Proficient in MS Office software.
• Expertise in value engineering and cost control.
• Familiarity with sustainable construction practices.
• Strong analytical abilities to forecast risks and address challenges proactively.

Job Summary

Project Management from start to finishing of the project, estimating cost and tracking budget as well as project progress from time to time, manpower management

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop a detailed project plan, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
• Manage and mobilise project resources, including labour and materials and Provide leadership and direction to project teams.
• Create and manage project budgets. Control project costs by tracking expenses and making adjustments when required.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor and track project progress and milestones.
• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget.
• Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management and clients and maintain detailed project documentation.
• Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Quality standards and environmental requirements.
• Conducting Quality control audits and ensure work meets specifications.
• Responsible for manning of the project
• Responsible for attrition at site

• Contract labour mobilisation
• Negotiate contracts and manage subcontractors.

Experience / Skill Set Required
