Job summary

Inditron Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. in Pune invites applications for a full-time, on-site Project Manager role. You will plan and execute water and wastewater EPC projects, coordinate vendors and clients, monitor costs, and ensure quality, safety and compliance at site.

Experience required: BE/B.Tech/ Diploma in Mechanical/Environmental/Chemical with at least 4 years in Water & Waste Water Treatment EPC projects. PMP is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to travel to project sites across India.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in the Pune Division and travelling across India.

• Project Planning and Execution
• Procurement and vendor coordination
• Client and consultant coordination
• Project cost and commercial control
• Quality Control, Safety and compliance, Testing and commissioning
• Project Documentation and Reporting

Qualifications

• B.E. / B.Tech. / Diploma in Mechanical, Environmental, Chemical or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Water & Waste Water Treatment EPC projects.
• Strong understanding of project execution and site management.

Preferred:

• Experience in ETP / STP / WTP / RO / UF / DM / ZLD or industrial wastewater projects.
• Experience in complete EPC project execution from engineering through commissioning.
• PMP / Project Management certification will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
• Strong project planning and execution skills.
• Good knowledge of Water & Waste Water Treatment processes.
• Good understanding of mechanical, piping, civil, electrical and instrumentation works.
• Ability to read and understand PFDs, P&IDs, GA drawings and engineering drawings.
• Vendor and subcontractor management.
• Client and consultant coordination.
• Cost and schedule monitoring.
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple activities under tight project deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Project / Primavera.
• Willingness to travel and work at project sites as required.
