Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to plan, execute, monitor, and successfully complete projects within the defined timeline, budget, quality, and safety standards. The candidate will be responsible for overall project coordination, site execution, client communication, vendor management, and team handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage projects from initiation to successful completion.
• Prepare project schedules, execution plans, manpower plans, and resource requirements.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, costs, quality, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
• Supervise site activities related to installation, erection, commissioning, and project execution.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Manage project manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues and take corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly project progress reports.
• Conduct regular site meetings and review project status with management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
• Coordinate procurement and timely availability of project materials.
• Handle client queries, inspections, approvals, and project documentation.
• Ensure timely completion and handover of projects.
• Support commercial and billing teams in project-related measurements, billing, and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications
