Alliance Recruitment Agency seeks an experienced construction leader to oversee a large residential high-rise project in Ludhiana, coordinating engineers, supervisors, contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure delivery on time and to spec.

The role requires in-depth Mivan Formwork knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to manage budgets and multi-stakeholder coordination. Salary range ₹90,000–₹110,000 per month.

• 8+ years of experience in high-rise residential construction with a strong background in Mivan Formwork.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project execution skills.

Compensation:

Fixed Salary: ₹90,000 - ₹1,10,000 per month.
