Job summary

AsmitA India Realty seeks an experienced Head of Construction to lead end-to-end execution of large-scale residential projects, including luxury high-rise developments and township projects. The role requires expertise in Mivan, QC and ISO standards, and proven leadership in managing large teams and complex timelines.

Ideal candidates hold a Civil Engineering degree (Master’s preferred) with 20+ years in real estate construction, and experience with ERP/project management tools to drive project

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and project management experience in large real estate developments.
• Hands-on knowledge of Mivan/Aluminium Formwork and ISO-quality standards.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end construction execution from planning to handover.
• Manage high-rise luxury residential and township projects.
• Ensure timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.
• Drive implementation of Mivan/advanced formwork systems.
• Implement QC processes aligned with ISO standards.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and internal teams.
• Oversee planning, scheduling and resource allocation.
• Identify risks and resolve on-site challenges to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure safety compliance and regulatory adherence.
• Lead and mentor large multi-disciplinary teams.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Construction to lead end-to-end execution of large-scale residential projects including luxury high-rise developments and township projects. The role requires strong expertise in modern construction technologies such as Mivan, robust knowledge of quality control (QC) and ISO standards, and proven leadership in managing large teams and complex project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee complete construction lifecycle from planning to project handover
• Manage execution of high-rise luxury residential and township projects
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Drive implementation of Mivan / advanced formwork systems for efficient construction
• Establish and monitor quality control systems aligned with ISO standards
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Identify risks, resolve on-site challenges, and ensure smooth execution
• Monitor compliance with safety norms and regulatory requirements
• Lead, mentor, and manage large multi-disciplinary teams (site engineers, project managers, contractors)
• Ensure timely procurement and optimal utilization of materials and resources

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)
• 20+ years of experience in real estate construction
• Exposure to ERP systems / project management tools
• Strong exposure to luxury residential high-rise and township projects
• Hands-on experience with Mivan / Aluminium Formwork Technology
• In-depth knowledge of Quality Control (QC) processes and ISO standards
• Strong expertise in project planning tools and execution strategies
• Proven leadership experience managing large teams and multiple projects
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle high-pressure environments and tight timelines
