Job summary

Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited is seeking an experienced professional to drive store projects from planning through handover in a fast-paced retail environment. You will coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, Visual Merchandising, and Operations to ensure timely, on-budget delivery with high quality.

The role requires 5-6 years in retail projects or construction management, with BE Civil/Electrical or B.Arch, preferably accompanied by Construction Management or MBA

Qualifications

• 5-6 years in retail projects, construction management, store fit-outs, or project execution.
• BE Civil/Electrical or B.Arch, preferably with Construction Management or MBA.
• Experience with leading retail brands or project management firms.

Responsibilities

• Execute new store projects from planning to handover while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, Visual Merchandising, Operations, and other stakeholders for seamless project delivery.
• Prepare project estimates, BOQs, work orders, and manage procurement-related activities.
• Ensure timely completion of store renovations, repairs, maintenance activities, and closures.
• Monitor site progress, resolve execution challenges, close snags, and certify vendor bills.
