Zetwerk in India seeks an experienced Senior Project Planner/Controls professional with 14-18+ years in infrastructure or energy project management. You will develop and maintain integrated schedules for utility-scale Solar, Wind, BESS, Substations, and Transmission Lines, coordinating with Engineering, Procurement, Land Acquisition, Regulatory, Construction, and Grid teams to ensure timely execution.

• PMP (PMI) or Primavera P6 certification desirable.
• Total Experience: 14-18+ years in infrastructure or energy project management.
• Relevant Experience: 6-8+ years in project planning, controls, and coordination for renewable energy projects.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain integrated Level 2, 3, and 4 project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project for utility-scale Solar, Wind, BESS, Substation, and Transmission Line projects.
• Establish baselines, critical paths, WBS, resource loading, S-curves, and progress measurement systems.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Land Acquisition, Regulatory, Construction, and Grid Interconnection teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Liaise with DISCOMs, STUs, CTUs, EPC contractors, OEMs, consultants, and clients to manage project interfaces and dependencies.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly physical and financial progress against approved project schedules and milestones.
• Identify delays, analyze critical path deviations, and implement recovery schedules and acceleration plans.
• Support EOT claims, delay analysis, contractual correspondence, and documentation of project-related risks.
• Track project budgets, actual expenditure, earned value, variation orders, and change requests in coordination with Commercial and Contracts teams.
• Monitor material dispatch, inventory movement, procurement schedules, and site delivery timelines against execution targets.
• Prepare MIS reports, management dashboards, and project review presentations while driving digital project controls through ERP and PMIS tools.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering; a Masters in Construction/Project Management or MBA is preferred.
2. Certifications: PMP (PMI) or Primavera P6 certification is desirable.
3. Total Experience: 14-18+ years in infrastructure or energy project management.
4. Relevant Experience: 6-8+ years of hands-on experience in project planning, controls, and coordination for renewable energy projects.
5. Domain Expertise: Utility-scale Solar, Wind, BESS, Substations, and High-Voltage Transmission Line projects across EPC/IPP environments.
