Job summary

R2R Consultants LLP in Uttar Pradesh is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead solar EPC projects from kick-off to commissioning, ensuring on-time delivery, budget control and safety compliance.

You will coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction and site teams, monitor timelines and resources, conduct progress reviews and manage clients and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience in Solar EPC project management, utility-scale or C&I preferred.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, cost control, risk management and commissioning.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of project planning, cost control, risk management and commissioning.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP or project management certification is an added advantage.
