Job summary

Tractebel in Gurugram, India, is seeking a senior project planner who will develop and maintain integrated schedules for energy sector projects using Primavera P6. You will work onsite with multidisciplinary teams to define milestones, WBS, dependencies, and deliverables.

The role requires 7+ years of Primavera P6 experience, strong CPM and risk analysis skills, and excellent communication to support project managers with recovery plans and progress reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in project planning and scheduling using Primavera P6.
• Proven track record in engineering consultancy, owner's engineer, or project management consultancy roles.
• Exposure to renewable energy (solar, wind, BESS), transmission and distribution, substations, and grid infrastructure projects.
• Strong command of Critical Path Method, schedule risk analysis, and progress measurement techniques.
• Proficiency in advanced MS Excel and reporting tools for data analysis and forecasting.
• Experience tracking engineering deliverables including drawings, calculations, specifications, and tender documents.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently across multidisciplinary teams.

Location

Gurugram, Haryana, India On Site, with frequent travel to project sites across India and internationally as required.
