Responsibilities

• Review electrical drawings, layouts, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements.
• Plan and supervise day-to-day electrical installation activities at the project site.
• Coordinate with Civil, Architectural, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and other MEP teams to avoid clashes and project delays.
• Supervise installation of lighting, panels, cable trays, trunking, conduits, and ELV systems.
• Ensure installations follow approved shop drawings, method statements, and material specs.
• Inspect materials on site and verify compliance with submittals.
• Monitor subcontractors and technicians and allocate daily work.
• Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate with consultants and clients.
• Prepare inspection requests, checklists, testing records, and site docs.
• Coordinate with the design team for RFIs and drawing revisions.
• Identify issues and report variances to the Project Manager.
• Monitor progress and ensure electrical works meet the schedule.
• Maintain quality, safety, and workmanship standards.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Maintain daily progress reports for the Project Manager.

Role & responsibilities

• Review electrical drawings, layouts, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements.
• Plan and supervise day-to-day electrical installation activities at the project site.
• Coordinate with Civil, Architectural, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and other MEP teams to avoid clashes and project delays.
• Supervise installation of lighting, small power, DBs, electrical panels, cable trays, trunking, conduits, power/control cabling, emergency lighting, earthing, ELV systems, and electrical equipment.
• Ensure all electrical installations are executed as per approved shop drawings, method statements, material specifications, and project standards.
• Inspect materials delivered to site and verify compliance with approved material submittals.
• Monitor subcontractors and technicians and allocate daily work activities.
• Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate inspections with consultants and clients.
• Prepare and maintain inspection requests, checklists, testing records, and site documentation.
• Coordinate with the design team for RFIs, technical clarifications, and drawing revisions.
• Identify site issues, clashes, and variations and report them to the Project Manager.
• Monitor project progress and ensure electrical works are completed as per the approved schedule.
