Job summary

Innominds Software is seeking a seasoned Technical Account Manager (TAM) to manage enterprise customers and drive service delivery excellence from Hyderabad/Bangalore. The role emphasizes governance, escalation handling, and executive communication.

Ideal candidate has 15+ years IT experience, 8+ years TAM/delivery exposure, deep Azure, Exadata, and Oracle EBS knowledge, and familiarity with GenAI-based initiatives. Multicloud awareness is a plus.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT experience.
• 8+ years in Technical Account Management (TAM), Service Delivery, or Customer Success.
• Strong experience in customer governance, escalation management, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure (Mandatory).
• Experience with Exadata and Oracle Database.
• Knowledge of Oracle EBS Administration.
• Understanding of GenAI, Agentic AI, and Prompt Engineering.
• Experience managing enterprise customers and complex technical environments.

Responsibilities
