Innominds Software is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) for roles located in Hyderabad/Bangalore. The position follows a hybrid work model. The TAM will leverage hands-on OCI experience to guide customers, coordinate incidents, and drive OCI best-practices.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure continuous service delivery.

Qualifications

• Hands-on or working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Experience with Oracle Exadata and Oracle Database fundamentals.
• Basic understanding of OCI architecture, compute, networking, storage, backup, and recovery.
• Ability to coordinate production incidents, including accidental production data deletion.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
