Job summary

Nxtwave Disruptive Technologies is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager / Program Manager to lead enterprise AI and data engagements for US-based customers, coordinating closely with engineering teams in India.

You will drive structure, visibility, accountability, and execution discipline across complex programs, from discovery through production deployment and adoption, with strong governance and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience owning delivery of complex technology programs in AI, data, cloud, software or related domains.
• Strong experience with US enterprise clients from India and ability to work across US time zones.
• Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban or hybrid delivery models.
• Experience with formal PMO processes and governance frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple projects/workstreams concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI, data, cloud, or technology programs from discovery through production and adoption.
• Establish program governance: weekly status, stage reviews, executive reporting, action tracking, decision management.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, blockers, and cross-team dependencies proactively.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables across concurrent workstreams.
• Coordinate between engineering teams in India and enterprise customers in the US.
• Maintain alignment on priorities, decisions, timelines, dependencies, and delivery plans.
• Lead customer communication and provide visibility into progress, risks, decisions, next steps.
• Challenge timelines and estimates to drive practical solutions.
• Facilitate escalation and ensure critical issues reach the right stakeholders.
• Drive execution across Agile and enterprise PMO environments.

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager / Program Manager to lead enterprise AI and data engagements for US-based enterprise customers, working closely with engineering teams in India.

This is a hands‑on delivery leadership role focused on bringing structure, visibility, accountability, and execution discipline to complex technology programs. You will work across technical teams, customer stakeholders, and business leadership to drive programs from discovery and proof of concept through production deployment and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI, data, cloud, or technology programs from discovery through production and adoption.
• Establish program governance, including weekly status updates, stage reviews, executive reporting, action tracking, and decision management.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, blockers, and cross-team dependencies proactively.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Coordinate effectively between engineering teams in India and enterprise customers in the US.
• Maintain clear alignment on priorities, decisions, timelines, dependencies, and delivery plans.
• Lead customer communication and provide consistent visibility into progress, risks, decisions, and next steps.
• Challenge unrealistic timelines, estimates, or dependencies and drive teams toward practical solutions.
• Facilitate effective escalation and ensure critical issues reach the right stakeholders at the right time.
• Drive execution across Agile and enterprise PMO environments.
• Prepare concise and effective executive-level reports, status updates, and one‑pagers.

What Were Looking For

• Proven experience owning delivery of complex technology programs in AI, data, cloud, software, or related domains.
• Strong experience working with US enterprise clients from India, including flexibility to work across US time zones when required.
• Strong technical fluency with the ability to understand architecture discussions, evaluate estimates, identify genuine technical blockers, and communicate effectively with engineering teams.
• Experience managing multiple projects/workstreams simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of program governance, risk management, dependency management, and stakeholder management.
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery models.
• Experience working with formal enterprise PMO processes and governance frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Strong ownership, judgment, problem‑solving ability, and the confidence to challenge decisions when required.

Good to Have

• Experience delivering GenAI, LLM, Agentic AI, or production ML programs.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, supply chain, or related enterprise domains.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet.
• Experience working within client environments involving VDI, enterprise security processes, client systems, or badged access.
• PMP, Scrum, or other relevant project/program management certifications.
• Customers have clear and consistent visibility into program status, risks, decisions, and next steps.
• Risks and dependencies are identified and communicated before they become escalations.
• Multiple engagements are delivered in parallel without the Delivery Manager becoming a bottleneck.
• Delivery processes are structured, repeatable, and transparent across teams.
• Engineering and customer teams remain aligned on scope, priorities, timelines, and outcomes.
• Delivery becomes a scalable function supported by clear processes, governance, and accountability.
