Job summary

Kamakhya Analytics Private Limited in Bengaluru, Karnataka is seeking a Project Support to partner with the leadership on technology and product initiatives. You will drive end-to-end planning and execution, maintain project trackers, timelines and action logs, and surface risks and dependencies early to keep programs on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Management, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, business operations, PMO, tech consulting, or product/engineering support roles.
• Experience creating and managing Jira projects, boards, workflows, and issue types.
• Configuring dashboards, filters, reports, and automation rules.
• Managing backlogs, sprints, epics, stories, tasks, and bug tracking.
• Proficiency with Jira administration features (permissions, custom fields, screens, notifications, etc.).
• Experience integrating Jira with Agile/Scrum processes and tracking progress via Jira reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead regular check-ins, stand-ups, and MoM distribution with decisions and next steps.

• Prepare concise status reports, dashboards, and summaries for leadership review.
• Ensure clear communication of priorities and changes from Leadership to relevant teams.
• Proactively follow up on action items; help structure new initiatives, pilots, and experiments.
• Create and maintain documentation for key projects: charters, requirements, SOPs, and process flows.
• Standardise templates for project plans, review decks and reporting; capture learnings for process improvements.

About the Role

The Project Support will work closely with the core leadership team on the following things:

• To drive execution across high-priority technology and product initiatives. This role is a mix of project coordination, stakeholder management, documentation, and analytical support, ensuring that decisions taken at the leadership level translate into clear plans, timelines, and outcomes for the wider team.
• You will act as an execution backbone for the department agenda helping organise projects, tracking progress, following up with teams, and surfacing risks and dependencies early.

Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Tracking

• Support end-to-end planning and execution of technology and product projects owned by the Leadership.
• Maintain project trackers, timelines, and action logs; ensure owners and deadlines are clearly defined and updated.
• Drive regular check-ins, stand-ups, and review meetings; circulate MoMs with clear decisions and next steps.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Coordinate with Engineering, Product, Data, Operations, and other teams to gather updates and unblock dependencies.
• Prepare concise status reports, dashboards, and summaries for leadership review.
• Ensure clear communication of priorities, expectations, and changes from the Leadership to relevant teams.

Execution Support & Follow-through

• Proactively follow up on action items and deliverables; flag delays or risks with Proposed Mitigation. Help structure and operationalise new initiatives, pilots, and experiments led by the leadership.
• Create and maintain documentation for key projects: project charters, requirement documents, SOPs and process flows.
• Help standardise templates for project plans, review decks, and reporting. Capture learnings and post-mortems from completed projects and ensure they translate into process improvements.

Qualifications

Must-have

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Management, or related field.
• Min 2 years of experience in project coordination, business operations, PMO, tech consulting, or product/engineering support roles.
• Creating and managing Jira projects, boards, workflows, and issue types.
• Configuring dashboards, filters, reports, and automation rules.
• Managing backlogs, sprints, epics, stories, tasks, and bug tracking.
• Working with Jira administration features such as user permissions, custom fields, screens, notifications, and project configurations.
• Experience integrating Jira into Agile/Scrum project management and tracking project progress through Jira reports and metrics.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders. Proficiency with productivity and project management tools (PowerPoint/Slides/Notion/Confluence, Jira/Asana/Trello).
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with high ownership.

Good-to-have

• Prior experience working with a CTO / Founder’s office, PMO, or central strategy/ops team.
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile/scrum practices, and technology stacks.
• Exposure to tech-first, product-led, or startup ecosystems.
