Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and delivering projects within defined scope, timelines, and quality standards.
• Coordinate project activities, resources, and cross-functional teams for smooth execution.
• Create, maintain, and track project schedules, milestones, action items, and deliverables.
• Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk registers, and change requests.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, delays, and dependencies.
• Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders, clients, management, and internal teams.
• Prepare regular project status reports and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate project logistics, resource allocation, and administrative activities for successful execution.
• Support project managers in resolving challenges and ensuring timely delivery.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve project management processes and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with HR and Operations for project-related planning and organizational initiatives.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the company.

The Role

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects across the organization. You will work closely with project managers, engineering teams, product teams, and stakeholders to coordinate project activities, monitor timelines, maintain documentation, and ensure seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing structure, organization, and efficiency to complex projects.

What you need for this role

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in Project Coordination, Project Management, or a similar role. Experience in IT or SaaS organizations is preferred.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and project lifecycle management.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Notion, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience in preparing project documentation, reports, and dashboards.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is an added advantage.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
