We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead, manage, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and closing of various projects while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Predict and allocate resources effectively to achieve project objectives.
• Monitor project costs and progress to ensure alignment with goals and timelines.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders, providing strategy adjustments and progress reports.
• Manage vendor and supplier contracts, ensuring timely deliverables.
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution.
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance project efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with change management and process improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
