Job summary

Syncotts in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead project initiation, planning and execution in coordination with the Marketing Manager and Civil team. You will coordinate with clients on a daily basis to keep projects moving and deliver time schedules.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, proven project management experience in construction, strong organizational and leadership skills, excellent communication, and proficiency with project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in construction or engineering.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• New Project Initiation with Marketing Manager and Civil team
• Project planning and execution in coordination with Marketing Manager and Civil team
• Coordination with client on daily basis for the project execution
• Preparation of Time schedule as per project and adhering to it
• Daily updates with the site engineer
• Vendor search and finalization of the vendors and rates on project to project basis
• MIS reports on projects on daily basis
• Record keeping of all the necessary documents pertaining to the job description and monthly submission of the same.
• Cost Estimation (Pre-Tender/Project)
• Coordinating with Site engineer, Vendor, client, Billing engineer, Project coordinator and Technical lead in smooth execution of the project
