Job description

Responsibilities

• Preparing bill of quantity and bill of material, master document list and document control index, project schedule and billing break-up as per the P & D and Drawings.
• Preparing purchase requisition in SAP system.
• Analyzing and resolving field issues and maintenance issues.
• Monitoring shop floor activities and prepare the reports.
• Follow up to expedite material movement with close communication to vendor and purchase department to get the material on time to meet the project deadline.
• Maintain project record for all activities like engineering, procurement, manufacturing, dispatch etc.
• Attend client review meeting and prepare minutes of meeting.
• Internal follow up with each department and ensure smooth project execution.
• Dispatch related activity need plan and accordingly packing list need to prepare in detail.
• Billing Plan need to prepare to execute the projects for timely execution and payment follow-up with client.
• Need to visit site for client meeting and resolve the site issues.
• Handling individual projects up to completion and hand over the project to client including preparing the delay analysis report.

Education Qualifications
