Job summary

Zepto is seeking a candidate to lead interior fit-out projects across multiple retail sites. You will manage distinct phases from handover to opening, supervise finishes and electrical installations, and ensure safety and compliance. A background in Civil or Electrical fields is preferred, with willingness to travel within the region.

The role requires strong coordination, reporting skills, and the ability to handle several sites concurrently in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Interior Fit-out, Construction, or Electrical projects mandatory.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and execution activities simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete retail store fit-out projects from site handover to store opening.
• Monitor project progress and ensure completion within agreed timelines.
• Supervise flooring, false ceiling, drywall partitions, painting, glazing, masonry, and finishing works.
• Manage electrical installations including: Lighting systems, Power distribution, DB installations, Cabling and conduiting, Earthing systems, Emergency lighting, UPS and backup power systems, Coordinate testing and commissioning activities.
• Manage installation of: Slotted angle racks, Gondola shelving systems, Heavy-duty warehouse racks, Storage systems, Verify alignment, anchoring, load capacity, and safety compliance.
• Must maintain records of Materials inward and outward in the Project warehouse, asset inventory management
