Job summary

Blestio Solutions in Mumbai seeks a seasoned Real Estate and Construction Project Manager to coordinate end-to-end projects from planning to handover. You will monitor schedules, track progress, coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to keep initiatives on track.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in real estate or construction, a Civil Engineering degree, proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project and AutoCAD, and will be comfortable visiting site locations across Bandra

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering required.
• 10+ years of experience in Real Estate or Construction.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, site execution, and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in residential/commercial real estate projects.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred.
• Comfortable working from Bandra, Mumbai, and visiting project sites as required.
