Job summary

Vegroww Consultancy is seeking a high-energy Transformation PMO to support a multi-year business transformation program aimed at scaling the organisation by 5X. This role offers high visibility with direct exposure to the CEO/COO and requires hands-on execution across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations or related field.
• MBA/PGDM in Operations, Strategy or General Management preferred.
• Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills.
• Experience in PMO, Consulting, Transformation, Operations Excellence or Project Execution.
• Manufacturing / Supply Chain / ERP exposure is an advantage.
• Comfortable interacting with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of transformation initiatives across Operations, Supply Chain, ERP, Sales, Exports, Domestic Expansion and Cost Optimisation.
• Break initiatives into tasks, milestones, owners and timelines and ensure timely closure.
• Maintain transformation trackers covering milestones, dependencies, risks and benefits.
• Coordinate with senior leaders across Operations, Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, IT and HR.
• Prepare weekly progress reports and monthly leadership presentations.
• Identify execution bottlenecks, risks and cross-functional dependencies and drive mitigation.
• Support leadership with data analysis, process documentation, workshops and vendor coordination.
• Act as a hands-on execution partner, not just a tracker.
