Qualifications

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving skills to navigate complex scenarios and ensure smooth execution.
• Excellent time management skills to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with project management tools, reporting systems, and methodologies.
• PMP or similar certification preferred.
• Experience managing programs that involve transitioning to new technology platforms while maintaining business continuity.
• Background in vendor management and contract negotiation.
• Experience with agile methodologies and adaptable project management approaches.
• Experience as PMO to oversee multiple projects running under a program.

• Define and implement standardized processes for project management, risk management, and quality assurance.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates on program progress and challenges.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure delivery of services and resolve issues as needed.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and challenges to minimize program disruptions.
• Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth program execution.
• Provide regular status reports on program milestones, risks, and outcomes to senior management.
• Balance program execution with maintaining ongoing production operations.
