The Senior Manager, Transformation PMO is responsible for driving execution excellence across the Supply Chain organization by managing a portfolio of strategic initiatives spanning Planning, Procurement, EMS/Outsourced Manufacturing, Logistics, AI, Digital, Analytics, and Operational Excellence. This role serves as the central coordination point across all transformation programs, ensuring projects remain on track, interdependencies are managed, risks are escalated early, and leadership has visibility into overall portfolio health and business impact. The successful candidate will bring strong project management discipline, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field. MBA preferred.
812 years of experience in PMO, Program Management, Supply Chain, Consulting, Operations Excellence, or Transformation roles.
