Job summary

Qualifications

• Understanding of PMO practices and methodologies.
• Experience in New Product Development or cross-functional PMO coordination.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting capabilities.

• Plan, monitor, and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, SCM, Procurement, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare project dashboards, MIS reports, and management presentations.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and support mitigation planning.
• Facilitate project review meetings and track closure of action items.
• Ensure compliance with project management processes and documentation standards.
• Support resource planning, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor progress and escalate critical concerns to management.
